How is this relevant to the topic at hand? Also, it could be the CPS2 board, they do have video encoders that you can output to a PC for recording. I didn't watch the entire video, so who knows.

yah I never knew who that was either or what dirty beret is. Looks like Akuma with a rolento hat on. Le Gouki. I kind of always assumed it was just a design team tag line or something.
