It's in an arcade on the Santa Cruz boardwalk (pretty respectable mix of games all around for a 1 room 'cade at a tourist spot).
Battle Balls was pretty good. It seemed a bit slow, though, an extra second or so ticked away as balls rolled down the sides before they settled in place and a new set of balls appeared for you to take control of. I suppose with that added strategy it gave you a few milliseconds at least to plan your next move. I would have loved to see more animation, and the characters could have been a bit more attractive (maybe) if they weren't outlined heavily in black.
Seibu Kaihatsu is a developer with a cool library of games.
