Today I picked up one of the big US Naomi cabinets with World Series Baseball in it. As expected, it has the WS Baseball panel with the little bats. I'm not a baseball fan, so:

1. Where can I get a 6-button panel, ideally 2 player? Any here with one, or is there a reliable source?

2. I'd like to sell the WS panel, GD, manual, and case. The panel overlay has some wear, but works ok. What is the value on this set? Also, is anyone interested in buying it or trading with other Naomi games/ a CP?

Thanks.

well, sounds like it's worn...so I'd say $75-100 maybe!. I see nos kits for $125-175

I am pretty sure excellentcom.net has the panel you want, but they aren't cheap.. People sell them all the time. Maybe try a UK site like killercabs, since those cp's are more common in the uk.

As a bit of added information, I swear I read somewhere a while back that the US CPs use molex connectors as opposed to what's in the foreign units. I should clarifiy that I'm looking for one of these panels with molex connectors (assuming there is actually a difference). Otherwise, a panel along with a wiring diagram to convert to the molex.

The wiring connectors are different, but not really. If memory serves me correctly, the US uses molex connectors, and the JP uses JST connectors (I think) The wiring is identical otherwise. Good luck on finding a USA wired naomi 2P 6B control panel.

Side note: Happ analog bat head sticks cost $130 each. Might be worth just setting them aside for a project, just incase something else down the line comes up. Not sure if they are interchangable. Hey, you can just glue a plastic banana on one and play Super Monkey Ball :D lol

Those analogue sticks are different. They're not made by Happ, they're by seimitsu IIRC.

I know they aren't made by happ.. I've never seen a happ one. I just wasn't sure if these were usable for games outside of the naomi......... I guess not, lol.

On another note, I'd love to have an extra pair of them. ;)

IIRC:
Yeah, the WS analog bats are spring loaded. They are essentialy the same thing as the trigger on a Dreamcast...

Play WSB on a DC and you will see what I mean.
