This game is fucking ace.

3-D shmup with some very Cave-esque bullet patterns.

Check it out.

I'm not sure...I'm playing the Euro release.

Pretty cool game.

I didn't like it at all. I like the Xbox original much more. I will play some more to see if it grows on me but I doubt it.

It is basically a different game. For Xbox, it is kinda like Robotron/Geometry Wars control (dual analog) with lock on (like the PSP). For PSP, it is more of an on-rail shooter and it is hard to dodge rockets since you are controlling the reticule and moving the ship.

Personally, I'm quite fond of missile dodging in the PSP version.

The boss fights are awesome as well.

Have you played the Xbox original? I had high hopes that I would enjoy it just as much but it is not quite there..... it just feels clunky to me.

Nope...never played the xbox version.

I guess if it's drastically diff than the original, then I can see why you're disappointed.

I personally enjoyed it. The A/V is pretty damn good, and there are quite a few things that were done 'right'.

I agree that the A/V is great. Try the Xbox rev if you can, it is a great game. Levels are LONG. Takes me 1+ hour every time I play (with 2/3 continues).
