paypal help ( buyers dispute) how do i respond

a buyers dispute has been place in my account, how to i respond to it( like the only option iam given was to gived a refund .. which i cannot do right now the buyer ask for a refund 4 days after i send the package , its was from canada to brazil, it'll take 2 weeks to get there .. but he said he don't wanna wait and wants his moneyback):annoyed:

** also not sure if hes doing it intentionally to screw me over but he just cancle his ebay account -his name is henrique lima santana**

I have had a couple of these but it was a long time ago. I thought they had to wait so many days to do this? Did he already escalate the claim? I remember there being a link where I was able to go and respond to the claim. At that point I could list the mailing/tracking methods used.

There should be an open complaint some where that you can list your side of the situation. There is no way that you should have to give a refund after mailing something four days ago. (Especially if it was out of the Country)

What is his reasoning to paypal for wanting a return? If he hasn't even waited for the item to arrive, why the fuck is he expecting his money back?

i can't find the link to respond to it i have until the 4th of may to respond to it .. i use the email funtion to try to get ahold of paypal..
the buyer its not even responding to my emails now:annoyed:

also its there a phone # like a 1800 number that i can call to to talk to a paypal customer service rep ??

I will try to look into this more for you. From what I remember, once you sign into your PayPal account you should see a place where there is an open dispute. You need to click on that and address it there.

I made the mistake the first time of only responding to the PayPal e-mails. They don't take any of those in to account for some reason. You need to repond to the claim, on their site.

Once you sign in to PayPal, at the very top, you will see a tab called Resolution Center. You need to click on that and then you should be able to view any open cases.

Yo Gary,

Make sure you enter in the customs form number in the "add tracking" option within paypal. He won't win the claim if there is valid tracking within their database. I've had scammers try to screw me over like that before, but they'll never win if you escalate to a claim, enter valid tracking, and clearly present your situation.

If there is no tracking whatsoever, you're kinda on your own on that. If you didn't add tracking, do so from now on when using paypal. No tracking on package is a scammer's dream... paypal will automatically award them the claim if there is no recourse of the package. As a rule of thumb, I only offer paypal payments to be shipped with a traceable shipping method to cover my ass.

Send me the contacts of this mofo and i will try to get in touch with him to solve that shit for you, also point the item he won, but im telling one thing to you, he must be trying to fuck you with that dispute, the item will arrive and he will keep it if you refund him now.

how long does it tak e for em to make up their mind it's been 3+weeks and my account is still @ a negative balance :spock: :very_ang: :very_ang:
now i can't accept any payment and can't buy stuff with my paypal:annoyed: :annoyed:

If you have been a member for a long time call them, they usually make a decision when you're on the phone.

I'm only sending packages abroad using EMS on buyer's expense, even to Canada.
there are just too many dishonest people out there.

PS: One more thing, if he dont pick the package in the post office in 30 days the package will be sent back to you.

i don't have my package and i am out $$$ paypal is fucking stupid( i faxed them the recipe and forward all the emails but all they gave me a explanation- was that theyaward the case to the buyer-

This happened to me about 8 months ago. I shipped a item to Austrilla but in my case the seller received it and stated to paypal it was not as described. Paypal Tells the asshole to send it back for a full refund including shipping, but when I receive the box back in it was a pair of old tennis shoes which of course was not the original item.

I got on the phone with paypal after hours of waiting and they bullshited me because in the end they still sided with the buyer and awarded him the money back from my account. Luckily for me I do not have money in the paypal account so it went into negative balance and as far as I know is still there. In the end the asshole did not get any money out of me but paypal did get a collector on me which I had my lawyer respond back too, have not heard from the collector since. But in the end I lost the ability to sell internatonally because of one asshole aussie

I checked my report, nothings there and if it does show up I rather pay my lawyer fee which is greater than the paypal debt then give paypal anything
