a buyers dispute has been place in my account, how to i respond to it( like the only option iam given was to gived a refund .. which i cannot do right now the buyer ask for a refund 4 days after i send the package , its was from canada to brazil, it'll take 2 weeks to get there .. but he said he don't wanna wait and wants his moneyback)
** also not sure if hes doing it intentionally to screw me over but he just cancle his ebay account -his name is henrique lima santana**
