I'm a complete noob when it comes to naomi, so please go easy on me...

What else is necessary to run a naomi in a JAMMA cab besides the motherboard and rom carts?

Just a I/O Board also.
But I sold mine to a friend locally.

The Capcom I/O board is wonderful! Go after one of those and the required cabls also.

Are all games complete with manuals? What about the ones you list as case only, do they have manual and inserts?
