Cravens is the marketing manager at one of the US's largest arcade distributors. There's no direct neo content here, but it does kind of summarize the dismal state of US arcades.

Jesus Christ, if those words about his farther are true then his papy really is a fucking legend.

It's funny an article like this pops up. I was thinking about the state of arcades just last month when in my local sports plus. Man did I feel like a fish out of water there.

If you check the related article at the bottom about his dad's death, it has the screenshot of his face in Street Fighter I.
Pretty awesome.
