Composite/S-video <=> VGA/DVI [HELP]

Hi my dear friends :mr_t:

Well i need some help.....:loco:

Someone know a schematic or a cheap equipament to me convert Composite or S-video to VGA ???

I wanna play my videogames on my LCD monitor.....and i have here only VGA and DVI imputs.....so i need convert the signals.

Plz if someone know something help me !:D

You need an XRGB-2 upscan convereter unit.

Technically, you can connect composite sync to the VGA horizontal sync pin (13). This isn't guaranteed to work on all or modern monitors though.

Far easier and cheaper to hack in for your RGB and use a sync separator if necessary than to even think about converting S-Video to RGB.

Remember the scan frequencies will be way off.
