AES Video...Faulty?

OK, Sorry to bump his out of an older thread but, I'm sure that someone here would have experienced this in the past and knows the fix. Heres the screenshot. So. How do i save this AES SN 200,0XX or so.

This happens with the two carts I own. I have cleaned the contacts on the carts and did my best to clean the pins on the boards slot.

For first take off all games cart from neo geo, then switch on the system and see, you must see same screen of different colors at end if all test are ok the screen goes on green. If this is, the problem is in the connection between cart and neo geo. It can be a faulty contact in the pin connectors, one pin on the connector can be broken or unsolded on mother board. Is very important make the test without cart before, only in this way you can be sure that the faulty is not in the neo geo ram.
