Does it come just as pictured? If so what kind of buttons and sticks are on it? It's hard to tell from the pic and maybe they're spent already.

Comes as pictured...

It definitly needs to be restored... Some buttons are quak, some are ok... The sticks are pretty spent....

I'd consider a trade...

I really need a liscenced copy of Windows 98.....

Or a boot one and some cash......
