I recently built a HTPC so I have some extra hardware that is not needed:
NeoNeo (www.neodigits.com) HVD2085 Upscaling DVD player. Allows 1080p over component, hdmi, etc. Excellent up-scaling DVD player.
DirecTV TiVo Receiver (Model R10) - 70+ Hrs (80GB HDD)
DirecTv TiVo Receiver (Philips DSR6000R01) - 100+ Hrs (160GB HDD)
I can upgrade the HDD in these units to a 330GB HDD for an additional $95 (ea).
The Philips unit includes a CD-R with the latest InstantCake software I purchased after the original HDD crashed and I replaced it with the 160GB.
Silicon Dust DirecTV CacheCard w/ 512MB RAM. Works with the Philips DSR6000 listed above, or other models. Allows broadband connection and caches the guide database (http://www.9thtee.com/tivocachecard.htm). Check the price and remember that mine already has the 512MB RAM stick.
Dell Inspiron 9100 Notebook w/ 15.4" ultra-sharp widescreen, 60GB 7200RPM HDD, 1GB RAM, ATI 9700 128MB video card, P4 @ 3GHz (I think), and more. I could also include Vista Business Edition if the offer is right. I can provide more detailed specs for anyone interested. This is a great gaming laptop/desktop replacement. Call of Duty ran like champ when I used to play that game. I just don't need anything this big anymore.
D-Link Wireless Gaming Adapter (will need to check the model number if you're interested).
I haven't checked out prices on eBay or other forums for this stuff so I'm open to any reasonable offers. I will be listing this stuff on eBay if nobody around here is interested.
All of my equipment comes from a smoke-free home and is generally in excellent condition.
