It is amazing that some people want to always blame others for the trouble they have created. but the only person responsible for his loss is icoNsx himself. Let me show you why. The ebay auction that started this whole mess is EcoFighters CPS2 JAMMA ARCADE A & B BOARD . Right after the auction ended is when icoNsx fubared the deal. It started with his selection of the shipping box. The boards are bigger than the box. The only way the boards fit into the box was to shove them in diagonally. This put the boards in direct contact with the sides of the cardboard box. I am amazed the boards showed up at all with the hole in the side of the box.
The next mistake that he shipped the boards Media Mail instead of Priority Mail. This combined with the box selection is what executed the boards. As for insurance would not have helped because the USPS would have rejected the claim because he shipped Media Mail. It took over two weeks for the boards to get here.
Tested the boards and all it would do is keep reseting. Opened the case and fould one chip had come out of its socket. Also fould that the battery had broken away from the board. I reset the chip and only got a blank screen.
Asked for a $60.00 refund. Twenty dollars for the Priority shipping that I didn't get when the auction said Priority shipping. Also Fourty dollars for Razoola to do the 'PHOENIX EDITION' rom work. But icoNsx only wanted to offer $30.00 to fix the boards. He also wanted me to ship the boards back at my expence but said to keep the motherboard. Not much of an insentive to ship the board when you already have four motherboards. And guess what? That board has also died and been sent to its final resting place. So I am glad that he didn't want to deal.
I am so glad that I paid with Paypay. I opened a dispute after the boards arrived just to cover all my bases. I have been screwed like this before and felt like I was being screwed again. After the offer of $30.00 I went to paypal to bump it to a claim but it was already bumped to a claim. This gave icoNsx ten day to respond and I thought that he would give in and do a refund of sixty dollars. But he didn't and paypay gave me a full refund. I am also glad that he didn't want to deal.
And yes I tried to phoenix the boards after I received a refund. I was planing to do this anyway. I can't read Japanese. It lasted one week and then started to reset. I got mad and just threw the board away. So now all I have left is two A+B board clips and the four eprom chips with the phoenix roms.
Now when I think that it is all over with icoNsx, he desides to rear his ugly head agian. You would think that he would learn from his mistakes and move on. But he would rather calling me a theif and a scammer. But if he would have fould a better shipping box and shipped it Priority Mail, he would have his money and positive ebay feedback. But instead he used the worst box possible and saves himself eight dollars by shipping Media Mail. This is what robbed him of his money. Not me.

I was not planning to leave negitive feedback but now I am now so sure what I should do. So I am going to let this forum deside if I should leave negitive feedback or not. So read both threads and deside. I will give this group untill Friday morning to deside. Thanks, Brian
