I would like to order the service from someone in the Northern NJ/NYC area to install a PS2/Mame into one and DC/Mame into the other. I want it to be interchangeable.

If transportation is an issue, I can come pick you up with it is needed. Please PM so we can negotiate exact details and how much the service would be.

edit -OK i've purchased a ps2/dc converter box from sonofx51 and getting a avga and jpac.

I just need someone to install it for me plus some buttons. Let me know.

should really give it a go and see if you can make it happen yourself man. Half the fun of owning these things is learning to work on them yourself and it will be necessary as well for doing repairs and general maintanence down the road. plus its rewarding learning something new and getting to reap the benefits! They seem pretty daunting and complicated at first I know, but arcade cabinets are actually pretty simple contraptions.

there is always the tech thread here for extra assistance as well.

i appreciate your comment setharnott but just reading the installation guide for the jpac just makes me cringe. I'm horrible with soldering or wiring and i messed up my xbox while doing so.

To even think that i will mess up these babies after the huge amount of loot i dropped on it, is enough for me to pay and get it done right. I'll also be watching so i know what to do from here on out.
