Is 5v at 2.5 amps enough?

to power a 2 slot?


All the 5v/4A - 12v /1A Tabletop power supplies are sold out at Jameco

If not, can anyone direct me to a place where I can get a suitable part?

Figured as much. I've been looking around the net for a sc200 or sw300 for a supergun project and I can't find much in stock.

Jameco was very nice on the phone though - very impressed with the service.

If anyone can help me (or sell me one without gouging me too much) I'd appreciate it.'


I'm kinda starting to catch up on what is and isnt available when it comes to parts, so bear with me on this stuff.

Oh wow that sucks, they were just instock a few weeks ago. Wish i had a few extras on hand :/

I'd say that it should be enough...

Another trick is to get a big 12v and run the board off the voltage regulator on the headphone adaptor.
