Model 1 or 2.
As long as the power cord and r/f or a/v cables are there.(FOUND!)
2 controllers. Preferably 6-button.

Maybe a few loose games....
What games I'd prefer:
SF2:CE (FOUND!)
Sonic and Knuckles
Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (FOUND)
Ristar (Has anyone ever seen one of these?)(FOUND!)
That's it.

I picked the old Rhino clean of 14 carts today, and I'm anxious to be able to play them. (85% off! w00t!)

Paypal preferred.

If you get to a point where you can't or won't deal with me, at least have the courtesy to tell me such and don't just stop responding to PMs.

I've had a few of you guys do that in the past and I must tell you it gets frustrating.

Looking to spend $30-$40 in total with shipping American money.

Talk to me, folks!

EDIT: Okay, just gonna' update with my wants from here on in. To keep from creating multiple threads.

Heh.

Rhino had some great deals on Genesis carts.

I think I bought close to 100 games from them and spent no more than $60. 95% non-sports games too.

BTW, I have one or two spare Genesis consoles, but they aren't in the best shape, and being a budding Genesis fan you should find better :).

The Genesis is my all time fav. I'm glad you are enjoying it :).

EDIT: Don't forget Gunstar Heroes and Lightening Force! Those are *must haves*!!

Okay, I've got a deal with phoenixgamers for a model 1 and Sonic 2. :)
vwlunatic, I received your PM. If you'd consider shipping Ristar on it's own, could you PM me the price on it alone? Thanks, man!

You guys are awesome, as always!

Thanks, guys!

Awesome. :buttrock:

PM me if you have any other Genesis-related questions or need suggestions on games to look for. Also, I can do the region mod for you if you'd like, as well as an overclocking switch :p.

I grew up on the Genesis and still play it daily :).

w00t!
Okay, have three games on my list found.
Still waiting to hear back from phoenixgamers.
Let me know how things are going....what color the sky is where you are. Anything really, as long as you keep me informed, man.

New want:
Alpha Cases.
You know, those rental cases that Blockbuster and the like used to use for the games?
They'd fit both Genesis and SNES carts....I sure someone remembers them.

Looking for just a few right now and don't know what kind of price they run, so if anyone can help there just give me a holler', ya' hear?

I have a spare Genesis 2 (overclocked to 9 MHz) and Genesis 3 that has been modified to work with the Virtua Racing cart.

I'm giving him the rest of the day to contact me.

I'll keep you in mind, 68k. Thanks.

I'm pretty busy on the weekend. Typically away from home. I went away to pick up a pinball machine this weekend. I found time to mail the Genesis though.

No problem. Just got jumpy. I'm sorry for that. I just like to keep my communication way up.

Pinball, eh? Cool!
