Need some pricing help (Neo Related)

I'm selling some items here. (Used as a refrence for photos/condition, not a shameless advertisement. )

I could use some help with the pricing of the AES lot and the MVS motherboard/carts/art/etc. as I'm having a hard time coming up with solid numbers on a lot of things.
