Questions about Bust-A-Move Again

Loved the first one when it came out on SNES, but of course the Arcade verison was much better. Now I never really got into this series until I got the Bust-A-Move 2 on N64 back in 98' and it just grew on me since then. Im getting a SuperGun soon here, and I wanted to try out Bust-A-Move Again, now honestly, what is the major difference here? It looks the same to me, but there has to be some kind of graphical or gameplay difference here. So please, fill me in on the details :)

Bust-A-Move again on the N64 is the same as Bust A Move 2 on the Neo, except the N64 version has some 3D in the intro.

That 3-D looking intro in also on the MVS Version.

was it prerendered on the N64 though? It didn't feel like it.

on the neo or are they the same game?

If they are different what are the diferences?
