so i finally cleaned my cab up and got it back on and ive been playing some sfa2.

has anyone disconnected the fan on the cps2 mobo without any problems? that things louder than i remember. if not, are there any direct quieter replacements? (if not i could just screw a pc case fan to the back of it no problem)

second, this has never happened before. but now whenever i turn a game on i get no sound. if i unplug my speakers and then plug em back in, it works. any ideas? (im using the mono audio split to two speakers.)

third, any good suggestions for an audio amp so i can use the stereo sound?

i have to change my batteries one of these days.:emb:

how much does raz charge for the permanent fix?

Those fuckers are loud, I was thinking of replacing them ,but hell if its not necessary...may just get rid of it all together.

it's not necessary if you play up to half an hour at a time. For longer sessions cooling is recommended because it gets quite hot in there.

new problem :oh_no:

middle kick doesnt work for player 2. and its not a wiring issue. i hope its just a solder joint on the mobo.
