I have a Sigma AV6000 (44-pin head) and am looking for a Jamma harness that connects pins 25&26 to buttons 4&5. I'm not sure of the exact pinout although I can trace the wires if needed.

Alternately, since I already have a harness with a CPS2-style 3-button kick harness, if somebody has a connector to connect my current Jamma harness to an Atomiswave (or any other Jamma-compatible board), that'll be even better. Basically, it'll match the kick harness pins for buttons 4&5 to the unused pins 25&26.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

If you can solder you should solder wires from the jamma connector (the unused pins 25 and 26 of each side) to the spots on the Sigma fingerboards where the kick harness wires for 4th and 5th buttons are already soldered. If you can't solder hire someone who can because your idea of solving the problem with an additional harness isn't a solution.

With this pic it should be clearer:

(and you do the same with the two pins on the other side for player 2)

Thanks for the info. Yeah, if nobody had anything, I was planning to solder the 4 wires (2 buttons, 2 players) from the fingerboard to the harness. So that wouldn't affect use of the kick harness in any way?
