Just now "figured it out" over lunch. And it instantly became awesome. Took my slow brain awhile to grasp all of it. Very cool.

Anyone else playing this?

I picked up two copies for the DS. Fantastic game.

I couldn't figure out what the hell was going on. I'll give it another shot though.

It is on my list of games to pick up soon. Anyone know if the game is better on DS or PSP?

the PSP release was supposed to have some bugs in it...penny-arcade had a post about it last week saying that the DS version was the one to get.

Yeah I just read the review on gamespot. They said the PSP version has random hickups but looks and sounds better. The DS version has a jumbled interface and has some effects missing. So I guess it is a trade off.

I also read a review that said the PSP one was better. Was Gamespot I suppose.

I played the PSP version a bit and liked it. Controls were fine IMO. But I can see how the touchscreen could give faster input for the gem puzzle fights.

I've noticed two things about this title. One is on the DS version, you have to be careful to make sure that your first gem is selected before you click the second one. I've had a couple of lost turns due to misclicks. It seems to me that sometimes the touch screen doesn't register right.
The other may be me. Anyone else notice that the "hint" you get if you're too slow seems to be about the worst possible pick you can make?

Playing the PSP version (I know it has a bug but oh well). It is awesome, very addictive but I feel that the computer favors the CPU. I can play defensively and don't give skulls for CPU to link up but the system has a habit of dropping skulls in convenient places for CPU.

I'm interested its on my list of games to buy for PSP. PSP version is better from what I hear and or at least to me due to it being more polished as GS pointed out in their review

PSP looks alot better but has a gameplay bug that makes the game alot harder than it needs to be.
