I know asking on the neo geo forums is a little bold, but the translation site I went thorugh has to be wrong. Ill understand if I get bashed for this, but I thought I would try anyway.

RUH HAST DU NUR IN DER SCHENKE:conf:

The original goes like this "Ruh' hast du nur in der Schänke", which roughly translates to "you only find serenity in a pub" or (very loosely) "there's peace in (going to) the pub", I guess you get the general idea.
