Everyone,

Tim resolved the issue. The Sidekick 2 was sent and received in excellent condition and he paypaled me $50, which was the balance that was owed in lieu of the PS2 that was lost in the mail.

He apologized for not using tracking and insurance as well as for the difficulty this transaction has caused.

I'm sure there's something going on to expalin this. I've dealt with Neo1087 before (maybe a few times) and everything went fine.

Hopefully he sees this thread and can clear everything up.

it's ridiculous how someone can send something without tracking, insurance - if someone sent it this way and you didn't got it, - then he should refund entire amount, not only half of it.
people should always ship with tracking numbers(it doesn't cost much).

I agree completely, especially for the higher dollar items. Anyways, still no word response from Tim.

Your sidekick is in transit. Calm down. My computer has been blown up for about 3 days, so I couldn't tell you it was sent, besides the almost 55 hours of work I've been putting in weekly. I don't scam people, sorry... Tim

Edit: Your ps2 did get lost in the mail...I did not lie about that. like I said, I don't scam people.

It was sent out Today actually, You will be getting it shortly. I shipped it via Priority mail. I diddn't get a tracking number/deliv confirmation. I figured, that if lost, I will refund you, considering it's not at a high cost. Like I said, you will be receiving it shortly. Like I said, I have not had a lot of time recently. between working and getting my school shit together. I am sorry for such a timely transaction, I am actually ashamed of it, considering I have had A+ golden transactions on this site, and all were great.

It doesn't matter what I ship, or how valuable the item is, I always put some sort of tracking on my packages. That way there is never a discrepancy as to if the item was actually shipped or not.
