Replacement battery for MK2

Hi guys, the battery on my MK2 board has died.

The one that was in it is a 3V BR2325, which is proving difficult to find a replacement for locally, although there are plenty of similar ones available.

Will it harm the board using a different battery than the standard one?

Any suggestions most welcome.

I believe the CR2325 replaces the BR2325 and should be easier to find.

I've used common 3v cr2032's before without any problem. There a little smaller but the clip holds it fine.

Yep, the CR type can be used as a direct replacement with no problems.

Thanks for that guys, there are lots of 2032's around, so I will give those a try.
