Like I said, BEAT TO HELL. It's dirt, nasty, but worked before it had been begin to be taken apart. In a day and a half though, you could probably have it up and running (think it's missing ONE harness, not sure, have to check). Anyway, PM me an offer. Right now Sports Jam is in it. And I see you're in AZ, so no shipping ;)

I'm gonna disassemble everything and take big pictures tonight. There's too many parts to go through each piece one by one. Especially since this is kinda at the wishes of an arcade op (hell, he still has the cab at his place). Also, 3 of the sports boxes are sitting on a shelf in his warehouse. When I say Tonight for pictures, I mean like 10PM PST.

One of the GD Roms, with the Dimm kit and such are in the universal cab.

As for everyone else picking apart this lot piece by piece. I'm going to be posting the entire lot, as a one shot. Taking everything apart into components tonight, and will post a price. It's going to be a LOT of stuff. As I said before, sans some wiring, it will be a killer deal to keep or resell for whoever. And also, as I said, Things have been tested once prior to removal and most of it was tested again by me, but my ability to test everything is minimal as I only have an Egret 2 (for sound stuff, I hooked it up to a set of logitech Z680s). If no one has interest in the whole deal, I'll entertain smaller lots then. I simply don't have time to deal with 15 buyers all wanting a tiny piece of the pie. other people might.

A lot of people are just interested in Ninja Assault + the Guns or the GD-Rom + the Dimm. I need to point out that I want to sell this thing as a set. I can't very well sell the GD-Rom and then have 8 games without a GD-Rom to sell. Also can't sell the Ninja Assault and guns without the other parts of what I got with that kit. I'm willing to let the entire thing go for more than cheap (imo), I'm just not willing to set a hard price yet.

If I break up the kit, the sum will be more than if I sold everything in one shot.
