Yep, I remember this inccident. Tetsuo is a bad seller who honestly doesn't care what the buyer thinks or wants. If it ends up taking hom more then a month to get something out, it's no skin off his back. I would avoid this guy like the plague.

If he does ship first, I bet it'd take him less than 2 days to ship versus sending him the money first, he'll take 2 months to ship. :lolz:
