As much as I hate having to do this I would like to warn people dealing with this user. Here's the situation:
I bought some Progear art from Sam months ago and he assured me it was 100% official art. When it arrived it was very obvious that everything was fake- even the instructions fell out because they weren't even held together by anything. Anyway, I told him this and asked for my $45 refund and he said he would refund the money as soon as he got the fake art back. So I sent it back and he sent me a PM on February 28th saying he received the art. Since then I have left two PMs asking about the refund and yet I have no response and nothing coming in the mail...
So I guess this is all I can do really. If you read this Sam please explain what is going on and if you sent the refund. I'm not mad but I would like to warn other buyers if I don't ever get my refund :/
