I might be able to get Couple of used Sega Blast City Cabinet with bass fishing in it, in couple weeks for now. As of now I'm not sure the price and condition yet, but from what I know now, the price should be around $600+ and the condition is "OK" Coz I have one that I'm working one now (post pic tonight) if U like to have one please lmk. I will update more info later. PICK UP ONLY or Buyer can arrange for a truck to pick it up

Additional service
I can convert it in to Jamma and put in new 29" Toshiba montior (Tri-mode (high, mid, and low Rez) VGA and RGB) or new 29" Sanwa monitor (Mid and High rez VGA only). I'm working on the deal for (new cut) Blast city Control panel and Sticker with new Happs joytsick and 6 buttons. That will be addition on the price.

PM me or Email me

Thanks
Jay

Just Bass Fishing? What is the monitor resolution? Anyone have a pic of what this would look like?

Ahh yes, the only American version of the Blast City. They have this weird thick support section below the Control panel area to withstand the stress of energetic fishermen. Can the Fishing rod CP be exchanged for a regular CP with the existing wiring?

Edit, found these pics. Here's a cab that's been converted from the American fishing cab:

Notice the strange support down by the cabinet panels?

My local Chuck E. Cheese has one of this cabs, but I asked and they wouldn't sell it.

I'd really like a Blast City.

This isn't medium res, it must be high res, right? Multi sync? Would CPS2/3 go in this as well as VGA games (naomi)? I'm interested, and I don't even have room left in my arcade.

Blast Cities are tri-sync cabs. You can get a joystick control panel for about $220 shipped. You need to rewire the cabinet to play jamma. the US ones come wired for Model 3.

It really really sucks that I don't live in Chicago! Argh! Are there any major differences with Model 3 and the JAMMA standard wiring?

I love these cabs. They have one at my local Chuck E Cheese also.

Have you asked them where they order them from? Maybe this'll help us create a group order? I'm near (about an hour away) from the San Jose area.

When you say replace, you mean replace the entire harness so It'll work with JAMMA boards or do you mean just have a "Model 3" to "JAMMA" connector? Curious to know where you got the new monitor from... Are there any cheaper ones?

yup these are amongst my favorite cabs, 600 aint bad either for one. If I was closer I would certainly swoop on one of those, they come up so infrequently and still fetch a pretty high dollar in Japan due to the tri-res monitors that are stock on the blast city. One of the coolest looking cabs in my opinion. Thats looking pretty nice running Hokuto man. jealous....

I've gutted all Model 3 connector out, clear everything up and replce with new Jamma connector. For the monitor I've got them for my sale guy who import all parts from Japan. And no!, the monitor is the cheapy ones (LOL)

One More thing, Group Order and Group ship might be possible. :A:

Just a general FYI... they do sell sega official model 3/blast -> jamma wire sets so you can do it up nice. I gotta dig for the part number if anyone needs it to order through sega japan.

Damn I can't remember where I saw it now :( I know excellentcom sells jamma looms that have sega power supply connectors on it for like $30, and Riverservice sells sega PSU's... I'll keep digging tho.

Yea, the Chicago location really ruins this for me. If I were still out east, I'd hop on no question.

Get your connection to get stuff to Matsu also.
