Enraged with Bleemcast!!!

Ugh... once again the fans are screwed...

According to a Bleem spokesperson, Bleemcast discs will be released for games which are worth emulating on the Dreamcast...

This pisses me off.. big time... because I get the feeling Tekken will get more priority than Wild Ambition. And it won't stop here...

Already, a big thing is that they want to get the Final Fantasy games released ASAP. What about the other games?!?! What if I wanna play Ace Combat? Or Rockman Racing? Or even Real Bout Dominated mind?

Wrong... wrong wrong wrong!

Oh.. and I'd rather play Daytona DC than Gran Turismo 2!

Actually, at one of the mainstream garbage game sites (I believe it was IGN) they stated that BleemCast! would support exactly one game. Gran Turismo 2. Seriously. This information was also seen on other sites, as well. Pathetic, if true. Gran Turismo sucks in all of its present incarnations.

Burning Ranger & BioMotor.. Both of you are right. I had the original Daytona on the Saturn and It kicked ass... GT2 sucks, even if its that realistic.

Well, the visuals for the Gran Turismo games may have been good, but the handling of the cars was absolute crap. I have driven several of the vehicles featured in those games, and whoever programmed their handling must have based it all on a 1973 Chrysler Station Wagon.

Daytona USA 2K1 is like the original Daytona USA+the Championship Edition+more... with graphics which look almost like Daytona USA 2 (there is silightly less detail in Daytona USA 2k1 than in Daytona USA 2, but Daytona 2001 looks way better... and more crisp than its Model 3 Bretheren). My recommendation is to get it... the graphics, the gameplay, the Netplay (which is awesome). Plus... ITS DAYTONA USA! THE GOD OF RACING GAMES (at least, IMHO)!

But this isn;t the point of my anger. My anger is that Bleem is going to release Bleemcast CDs for games *they* consider to be important or popular. So we'll be seeing Tekken, Final Fantasy, GT, and Ridge Racer, but will be seeign Wild Ambition?

That is what I was trying to find. I had no luck, though.

I found a grand total of two Saturn Daytona MIDI/.WAV files when I searched.

I've never been impressed by bleem! and wasn't planing on getting it anyway. The PC version is crap, and I didn't have very high hopes for the DC version. Guess I was right. Not like I care; I have a PlayStation, I'll play that.

Regarding Gran Turismo- I think the cars are SLOW. 110 MPH feels more like you're going regular traffic speed (i.e. 45 MPH).

Give me G. Darius, R-Type Delta, RayStorm, and Strider 2 over Gran Turismo anyday.
