Alright, this is probably a really random sale, but I thought I'd give it a shot here before I had to resort to ebay. I'm selling a CD/Mini Disc recorder deck and a portable Mini Disc recorder/player. The deck can record CD's directly to Mini Disc, and from what I remember, track info is customizable and transferable. The portable recorder/player can be used to record directly through a microphone input. A friend of mine has one of these and he claims he records from vinyl to his portable player and also gets good quality recording through headphones in the mic input at live concerts (don't ask me how this works, he's pretty dumbfounded by it as well, but he says it works none the less). He enjoys the quality of Mini Disc because he says it has more of an "analog" sound, which particularly stands out in older recordings such as the Beatles. I never experimented much with this, but I've had it for quite a long time, came across it back home and figured I'd give a shot selling it. I've seen this particular deck go from $120-$180 on ebay quite a few times. I really wouldn't know what to charge for the portable player, I think I paid probably around $200 for it, but to be honest, I can't remember, it was back in '98. I'll try to make a reasonable offer. I realize this is considered dead technology, but is still preferred by quite a few people - blank Mini Discs are available at stores such as Best Buy.
