The best I've done???

(opponent in corner)
Jump C -> Standing C -> qcf + D,D -> hcb + B -> qcf + A

The best I've seen

(opponent in corner and Counter Mode)
Jump C -> Jump C -> run forward Standing A -> run forward Standing A -> run forward Far A -> run forward Far A -> qcf + D,D -> hcb + B -> qcf + A -> qcf + A -> B -> cancel into qcfx2 + A/C

(or something along the lines)

The simplest but hardest to perform combo for me,is with Kyo and Yashiro. In the corner.

First execute a jump and down c, then do a down b, down a, call yashiro, link the down a to the down forward d, do the qcb+qcf with punch super, after the super hits, if you have the precise moment when Yashiro is almost going to deliver his last two hits, jump forward and down c again, and do another variation of the combo.
The reason why the opponent won't fall down, is because he is being burnt by the super, yet yashiro keeps going, but he hits then opponent two more times, {if you have done this properly} on the last hit, you can't juggle anymore, so you must do it on the second to the last hit, if you do the combo one hit early, you will hit the opponent with the first hit of second combo, while yashiro will hit the opponent with the hit that makes the combo unconnectable.
I wish I could post this, it isn't really much though.
I have way more harder combo's[mixing in counter mode with strikers, when the word counter comes out, kinda of stuff,it isn't worth the effort to do so little damage(50-65%)]that depend on conditions of the moment rather than keeping it simple.

here is mine:

jump c->stand c->qcf+k,k->qcb+b->Hk->call seth->seth launches opponent->orochinagi(SDM).

another one:
jump c->stand c->qcb+k,k->qcf+a(wait)->qcf+a->call joe->repeat to infinity.

Jump>C Stand>C QCF+C > QCB+C > during QCB+C > call Yamazaki after yamazaki grab the opponet u can combo every thing but here is mine > OrochiNagi(SDM).
> QCF+D,D then QCB+B then QCF+A QCF+A then Foward+B.
> Away from ur opponent and Charge Counter mode then Perform QCF+D,D QCF+A , QCF+A Fwd+B cancel into QCFx2+A.
WITH STRIKER SETH
Jump C Stand C QCF+D,D at the second hit of QCF+D,D call Seth Qcb+B Qcf+A QCF+A at this time seth will launch ur opponent again Qcb+B Qcf+A Qcf+A Fwd+B or QCFx2+C.
Jump C Stand C QCF+D,D at the second hit of QCF+D,D call Seth Qcb+B then QCFx2+A at this time seth will hit ur opponent again Qcb+B then QCFx2+A.
BEST FOR GRABLER OPPONENT
When ur opponent is near to u Perform QCB+D call seth, Seth will juggle ur opponent prees C then seth will Launch ur opponent Perform Orochinagi(SDM).

A hard to do combo with Kyo in 2000 involves Ryo striker.
I can't remeber how my rival and I started it off, In the corner
Jump and c, standing c, qcf k,then press kick again, qcb d,time the qcf a x2, then k, c, call Ryo, then qcbqcf a.I can't remember though, I am getting old.
I think we did another one, with counter mode on . Exact same thing, but i think instead of doing the c, after the qcf ax2, then k, you cancel into the qcf,x 2 super, calling ryo at the same time, then doing the super again. I don't think it sounds right though. But it somewhere along those lines.

Jump C,Down B,Rush forward Down B (5times),Down A,QCF DD,HCB B,call seth,HCB D,cancel into QCFx2 C DM,seth will hit up.HCB B,HCB D,cancel into QCFx2 Dm.

Kyo/Alt.Iori (middle)

Jump C,Stand C,QCF C,call Iori,Run forward do QCF DD,HCB,QCF A,QCF A,B (opp should be in corner call Iori which will hit from the back),do Big Jump back,then QCF DD,HCB B,QCFx2 DM.

Kyo/Alt.Iori (corner)
Jump D,Stand D,QCF DD,HCB B,call Iori hits from the back,do Back Back,then QCF DD,HCB B,QCF A,QCF A,B,call Iori from back again,Do SDM Orochinagi.

Jump C,Stand C,QCF DD,call Neogeo,HCB B,QCF A,QCF A,B,Counter MOde urself,Neogeo will explode,hit the Oppnent with Down B so they wun go in air,then do 2 more Down b's then Down A,HCB B,QCF A,QCF A,B,cancel into QCFx2 A dm.

Well i guess it is enough i got more with other strikers but these are enough for now.

If you want something simpler than the above but still effective try this:

Jumping down+C, standing C (or double crouching A, or nothing), call in Rugal, 2-in-1 into his double fireball + C super, then after they get genocide cut, orochinagi. The only trick is calling in Rugal at the right moment, so he hits them while they are still burning from the DM, before they fall. BTW the first time I did it, I went from a jumping C straight into the DM, so it does work that way, for any non-believers. Absolutey mowed Leona down in no time flat.

Too bad there was ex mode. Imagine f,f, d, c infinte into Yamazaki. Into qcf k then k into Sdm.
