Neo Drift Out legit or boot?

Hi all. I just acquired a neo drift out mvs cart and am hoping its legit, heres some pcb pics.

those roms dont look right to me, but Ive never opened a drift out cart. that said if I had to guess I would say boot!

Might be because its the jap mvs version? I thought they looked odd also.

Those masked roms are labeled appropriately but not in detail like what you are accustomed to seeing on a TOSHIBA rom chip.
Bootleggs are famous for containing a great amount of EPROMS,MMX chips and wiring modification.

100% legit. I've had a couple of NDO carts, one like that and one with standard marked chips.
