AOF3 help!

Hey:

For Robert and Ryo's Super, the instructions and every FAQ I see on the net says f,b,db,d,df,f N+B. Everything up to the "N" I can handle...the N indicates being in a "Neutral Position", and I have no idea what exactly that means. I have tried ducking, blocking, and standing still, none of which I guess are "Neutral" enough. Am I missing something here?

You can use it only when the character has less than 1/4 energy.
(you will see the character shining)

Now input f,b,db,d,df,f and neutral
(leave the stick in the center for less than a half second) and press B.
