I know that we have feedback that can be left... BUT.. I just had to post this for you all to read.
I bought 2 games from racecar back in December ( Rainbow 6 Las Vegas and Marvel Ultimate Alliance) for the XBOX 360. He shipped the games out immediately and sent me the tracking number. Since this was during the Christmas season, you all know how it is to send a package from Canada to the US once Customs gets involved. The games seem to have been held up in Customs since 12-13-2006 and haven't been seen since leaving the sortation plant in Edmonton on their way to customs.
I waited a month and notified racecar that the package had not arrived and to see if he could check into it for me. He immediately sent me out another shipment and threw in an EXTRA game for the inconvenience. This is the type of superb service that will make me want to keep dealing with him. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. For the record, if the original package eventually turns up, I will send him payment immediately. You definitely couldnt ask for a better person to deal with. With so many poor deals it's nice to have one on the opposite end of the spectrum.
