SNK English voice actor???

I was told that there was one guy who performed all the English voice overs for the early Neo games. Is this true? I think it is, because the round announcer for AOF1 and FF1 sound the same. Wasn't he also Mickey's voice in AOF1 too? And this same guy sounds like the guy who does play-by-play for Baseball Stars and that famous one line ---- "CYBER-LIP!!" I'm sure he's in other games that I haven't mentioned.

Some guy told me his name and that he was responsible for a lot of the early games for his fantastic English skills. Does anyone know his name? I think his talents gave early Neo games a certain flare.

Ahh yes, Mickey's voice actor. I heard his name was all question marks, so nobody would know who he was. Really don't know why.

Yes, his credits were ???? in AOF but I was told of his name and it's killing me that I can't remember. Time to do some research on the net.......
