How to play against the true finals in Fatal Fury 3? SOMEBODY WHO KNOWS JAP NEEDED!

I have the MVS version and usually the game ends after beating Yamazaki. Usually I have to use some continues to get there.
What are the conditions to be able to fight the 2 final bosses and see the true ending?

I'm pretty sure you have to beat Yamizaki in that one mini-fight you have with him you have defeated half the fighters.

Well, I'm pretty sure I always defeat Yamazaki in that fight, usually in the first round, sometimes in the second (you only need to defeat him in one round). So there must be something else you must do.

I think, but I'm really not sure:
If you beat Yamazaki in the first round, you'll have to fight chonshu and chonrei, if you beat him in the second round you have to fight chonshu only. I think continues don't matter because I finished the game with Terry and lost 6 continues with fighting against Geese.(MVS Version)

Well, last time I played I beat Yamazaki in the 2nd round and the game ended after defeating him again in the 11th stage. Maybe there's something with the round ranks?

I'm pretty sure that's it.

It's been a while since I played through the game, but I believe you need to have some kind of average score to fight one (or both) bosses.

Try getting an A or B score (at least) in every round and I believe that should do the trick.

I also have some problems on the game, the first time I complete the game, I only have to defeat Chon Shu, the second time, I met Chon Rei and got shock(I thought there's no such character in FF3)! :eek:

Well, I have the "All about SNK" book and it looks like in the FF3 section exlains it, but it's in Japanese so I can't understand it <img src="graemlins/crying.gif" border="0" alt="[Crying]" /> . Anyway I can scan that page and post it so maybe somebody will tell.
Anybody here that reads Jap <img src="graemlins/help.gif" border="0" alt="[Help]" /> ?

Perhaps it's time to get out the good ol' Kanji handbook out and spend 1/2 an hour translating page one.....

If I remember correctly, you have to beat the game and Yama on one credit. Afterwards you will have to fight against the Jins to see the "real" ending.

Nope, I die a lot and always fight the two last bosses... It is all in Rank, I never get below an A, and usually I get AAs... Also I have played at all difficulties, if it is too hard for you to get As or AAs, turn down the dificulty a few nothces and have another go. I have never played the game and not fought the two last bosses, I didn't know there was a different ending. And I usually die atleast one or two times on the way there.
