Twinkle Star Sprites MVS?

Hey, I was wondering if anyone might have this and was willing to part from it for a reasonable (not overpriced, but not bargain) price.

Though I've generally steered clear in my previous purchases I'd probably prefer a boot if possible just to get a better price since this cart can be on the high end. Loose is fine, no art needed. Will pay the new price for shockbox/insert if it comes with it. Let me know if anyone has an offer!

I have a TSS I'm willing sell, but it's legit and I'm not in the States.
