AES Cart Double Label

Can AES Carts sometime have a Double Label. i.e 1 Label on the Cart on Top of another one.? I recently acquired a Last Resort AES Euro Version and on close inspection the cart seems to have a JAP Label on the cart underneath the Euro Label.?? It all appears Genuine.
Anyone come across this before.?

Yes....seen it a few times...they never seem to get them aligned up tho!..
They look second rate...maybe they had surplus amounts of JPN ngh & decided to put english labels over them to save money?.

As a sidenote...this is also one of the more reasonable & logical possible explanations for just what may have happened to all the englsih kizuna encounters and ultimate elevens that were produced.

Q. I purchcased the cart as Euro as it has Euro Instructions and Euro Case, but in reality is it a JAP Game.??
Is the difference in JAP / Euro Carts Just the Label.?
