I am trying to reduce my AES collection to about two or three dozen titles only. My main problem is that I simply cannot decide which games too keep. I will keep all of the KOFs, but what about all the other fighters? Why keep any? I really have to reduce and ... well, there are simply too many fighters.
On a side-note - why should I keep the Metal Slugs? Aren't the ports as good (please put away the pitchforks and stakes and mallets, thank you).

How can anyone help you reduce your collection?

Only you know what titles you want.

I have two dozen AES carts and only 4 are fighters.

No, you CAN help. You can tell me which ones are worth keeping - I simply do not know.

Call me crazy, but I'd keep what I think I might enjoy playing. If there's games you dont care for, get rid of them. Simple as that.

id keep the 'good' or better fighters.

id take some ffs like RB2, MOTW for sure, any more needed id take rbs, rb1, ff3 and ffs.

for ss games id take ss2 & 3. maybe verry verry maybe 4.

both the LB games as they both cant be missed.

Just the answer I needed. I have all the fighters, but have not really played them for a long time and cannot right now, since my japanese AES is broken. simple as that.

Yes, and anyone who tells you otherwise is really, really clutching their straws.

I can't speak for the Wii version, however.

If you don't play your games and don't care for any of them just sell them all, simple as that.

The Wii version is very good but does have some flaws that seem to bother a lot of people. (Controls or lack of other options is one) (Hit Flash)

However, for $39.99 to have seven Metal Slug games on one disc, it is a great deal.

God so typical to keep all of the KOFs. Why not just keep 98 and call it a day.

"Man, kof 97 is getting boring...lets play 98"...."ok now 98 is getting boring, dude pop in 99"!

Keep all your fighters. Put all the ones you don't care about in a chest and bury them in your back yard. Trust me.. you'll be happy you did.

Parting with carts is a difficult thing. I'd just keep'em all if I were you. You'll never regret keeping them, but you could very well regret selling.
