You can use the ISO features in ISO Buster free. Though it is a little odd if you haven't done it before.
Load ISO Buster, select the CD drive that contains the CD. It will display a listing of all the files.
Once done, it will show up on the side window with something like this
CD - Session 1 - Track 1 - SLUS-XXXXXX.
Don't worry about all that extra crap. Just click on the part that says "CD" at the very top.
Right click on "CD" and you will be given a list of options. The one you want is second from the top. "Extract CD <Image>" holding the mouse over this will open up sub options. From those sub options, choose "RAW (.bin, .iso)"
Now simply select the location you want the file to be found at, and type in a name for that file then save.
Once it is finished, you have a working BIN file.
Load your Popstation GUI, and find the BIN file.
Then simply load the settings you want. Game name and code (If all your games use the same code, they will use the same save file. Basically using the same memory card, it takes up less space on your stick, but isn't as easy to manage. You can't delete one file on the memory card, you have to delete them all. I prefer to simply have each game use it's own name and code that way I can manage the saves seperately in my PSP Menu).
After you have the games name and code loaded into the GUI, add in the appropriate pictures you would like to use for the save file image and background, even music or animated pictures. If you don't want to make some, you can likely find some others have made on the dcemu forums or other psp news/hacking site forums.
Once all those are loaded in as you like, you can click "Preview PHP" to see what it will look like when you go to load the game. Some Popstation GUI's have their own default images, if you don't want to use those images, unclick the boxes they are associated with.
Once you have everything in the GUI set the way you want it (Don't bother with compression, it's probably set to full already, if it isn't, go ahead and do that). Now simply tell it to go, and it will take your BIN file and turn it into a PHP file.
Your PHP file with full compression will be about 200 megs smaller than the original BIN file. Once this is done, simply place the PHP and KEY files into a folder such as RIDGERACER that is located within the PSP folder GAME. Test it out to make sure it loads up good and works. Once you see that it does work, you don't need the bin file anymore, you can delete it. I prefer to keep my PHP and KEY files in the named folders so that I can alternate between games at my leisure.
The ISO/BIN creation should be easy enough, doing all the GUI stuff and getting your custom pictures and such might be a bit tougher for you, if that is the case, just keep playing around. I made at least 10 images of SotN before I found the one that I really liked.
