I dont know why, but if I have my naomi boards sound connected to the top RCA connectors of the IO, it plays through the JAMMA, but if I have speakers connected to the bottom rca connectors of the IO, nothing plays out of them. Does anyone know what the purpose of the RCA connectors on the bottom of the Capcom IO board are for?

I also noticed that the at the top it goes red to white, and the bottom goes white to red.

It depends on what you are running your cab. Keep in mind that the RCA outputs are designed for cabs with an inbuilt amplifier in them.

If I connect the speakers directly to the naomi, I get sound. But if I connect them to the output RCAs on the capcom IO, I get nothing. I wanted to use the Capcom IO so I could control the volume, because I can control the volume with the IO board through the JAMMA, but its only one speaker. :(
