Its like a LIVE remix... still loads of fun though...

I rented it and thought it was horrible. Granted, I only got to "Hollaback Girl," but the videos were boring (the puzzles weren't set to the music), and the other skins didn't impress.

1st one is all you need.

oddly, i enjoyed a lot the first one, but not at all the second one...

Well, i don't really care in fact, Lumines is long enough (usually when i play single player it lasts about 2 hours).

I picked this up today Tonk :) I've be wanting to pick it up for a while as obviously I'm a big fan but it dropped to a reasonable price so I thought why not.

And for any haters of Lumines in Official Playstation Magazine (and most other mags you read) Lumines II is 2nd on the "Must own" PSP titles list, it is pretty damned good.

The skin for Black Tambourine almost gives me an anurism.

Great game though, only gripe is that the prerecorded songs dont fit the game at all.

Nah, You'll have to PM me on here and I'll get an e-mail notification and if I check and your online I'll hop on and give you a few games again :)

I promise I havent played it since last time btw..

On a side note: I went to play Lumines II on the PSP and its fully out of battery, I stick the charger cable in and I have to re-set the date when I turn it on! I check the last save file and it turns out I only used my PSP twice in the whole of 2006!! lol

Now I've gotta wait for 50% before I can update my firmware to 2.71 for Lumines II..

I really loved the first one.
Then on Every Extend Extra, I played the Lumines II demo.. and there seemed to be so many reused skins. Is this really the case? I mean, how freaking hard is it to just use different colors or SOMETHING? I had really wanted Lumines II up until I felt like it wasn't anything extra.

I havent attempted it yet. I'm still very happy with playing the first one. But I really want it just don't have the money right now.
