He doesn't have to notify me right away but at least within the week. He finally replied to me today after almost 3 weeks.
When you start posting what you "think" happened and you pretty much state that Shawn is ripping you off, you are shitting on the Neo Store and the Site for that matter.
I mean just read what you wrote. You did state that you think that Shawn has a bunch of these on hand and a lot of them are defective and he sees a noob who would be a perfect target to screw. There is no way that you can know any of that and it seems irresponsible to post that statement.
What you could/should continue to do is to try to resolve the situation with Shawn via e-mail/PM. If that doesn't work, which you have stated that it doesn't you could use the feed back forum for public record to your side of things. I would suggest that you stick to what you know, not what you think. You then of course can take up the issue out side of this site if you feel like you are getting no where.
I am not discounting you because you are new. However, you have only been a member here for a month and have less than 10 posts. (Pretty much all regarding this issue)
For all I know, you could be some banned member that is trying to get back at the site. I would suggest that you be respectful of peoples reputation and continue to work towards a resolution for you and the Neo Store.
It has been a while since I ordered from the Neo Store but every transaction I have had with Shawn has been perfect. I am sorry that things are not working out for you.
