I saw the FF3 ending question, this has been bugging me. Is there an ending? Or just the stats you get at the end. When you beat a second time around it just "The End" .

I wouldn't know. Strikers 1945 has always been hard, and Plus is no exception. The best I've done so far was reach the boss of Stage 7 with the Zero Fighter on one credit and a two-lives setting.

Oh, why must the score reset when you continue? It's like Psikyo is forcing us to finish their shooters on one credit, which is impossible.

in arcades i prefer that scoring method it gives the ppl that play with one credit just as much chance to get a high score as the ppl who pump 10 bucks in the thing.

u should be rewarded on how good u play not how many times u continue. not saying im some master that beats every game on one credit or somthing cuz im definatly not.

Strikers have a ending, but it is just scores you received during each level, then the games starts again at a harder level setting.

A one-credit score is far more impressive than a score from a game where continuing doesn't affect your score (other than adding 1 point to the last digit).

My only complaint is when games that reset your score don't prompt you for your initials before the Continue countdown. That means if you DID want to continue, you'll have to give up the chance to getting on the Ranking list. Just ask for the initials first, and then continue if you want to practice on the harder levels...

Every score in the Top 10 on Metal Slug 3 always has a 9 as the last digit...

Those players suck

I've been to an arcade where the hi-scores were around 8-9 million, with continues ranging from none to 2. Damn, they're good...

I also agree on the initials thing. If your score is gonna be reset when you continue, at least they should let you put in your initials first. The only shooters I've seen that do this are GigaWing and Twinkle Star Sprites; I guess that's why I like them so much
