Well that auction is from June of 2006 so thats one reason why.

Didnt find a statue but I did find this

That statue is really rare. Not even Yahoo! Japan has it that often. If you've
seen it many times on ebay, please share the links. I've seen Hotaru's many
times, but not this particular Rock Howard one.
