Same guy I first mentioned in this thread: http://www.neo-geo.com/forums/showthread.php?t=156363
Now he's making this bizarre claim:
Pretty strange. Consider all of the facts that I pointed out to him in my response:
I sent a message to eBay as a heads-up that I think he's trying to scam me, so that if he files a claim they'll already have my facts of the matter on file. I would strongly suggest not dealing with this guy.
Now he's making this bizarre claim:
Hi, I won the above item however I only bid $95.00. I won it for $102.50 plus shipping and handling of $9.00.
The problems are, that 1) I didn't bid more then $95.00 ( I don't know how it bid so high), 2) I didn't know I won it until I investigated after seeing it on my credit card statment, 3) I've never recived the item. Therefore, I would like to know where you shipped it to.
I really need to know when you shipped it and where because I suspect that someone else on a public computer may have bought it on my account and changed the shipping address.
Please respond.

Hello,
I have the Delivery Confirmation slip from your package dated December 5, 2006. The number on that slip is: 0305 0830 0004 1779 2463. USPS tracking says that the game was delivered to Uniontown, WA, at 8:12 a.m. on December 7th, 2006. I received a message from you on Thursday, December 7th stating that you received the game. I still have the We then proceeded to exchange a few e-mails over whether or not the large marquee was supposed to come with the game (I still have all of your messages on file). The game was shipped to the address provided on the PayPal e-mail- 200 e Woodworth, Uniontown, WA, United States, 99179.
I received positive feedback from you and left the same for you.
Is it possible someone else in your family used your account to purchase the game, pay for it, and then have the e-mail exchange with me?
