You'll need to buy new EPROMs to replace the ROMs that are fried.
First ou check the CRC checksum values that UniBIOS gives you with the CRC values that you get from the various MAME websites. Any that don't match need to be replaced.
Next you replace the ROMs that are fried with compatible EPROMs. You can buy these EPROMs from various websites, forum members, or on eBay. Program the EPROMs with a Willem EPROM programmer PLUS the 16-Bit EPROM adapter that you can buy off of eBay.
Then you desolder the old chips and solder in the replacement ones, double check your work, then plug in the cart to test it.
By the time you buy everything and do all this work it would've probably been cheaper to sell the dead cart and pick up another one off of eBay. BUT, if you fix it then you have some experience that can be used to fix other boards/games too.
