the neo cd games are very cheap in japan, around 5$ 10$ ? so if someone want to get an extra 10$ for each one buy it buy it for me
if you sell me 10 games you win 100$ !!!!!!!!!!!!! pay your vacastions on japan buying for me

Only some of the games go for that low, but for sealed games you will
have to pay more:

Just for your information:
Certainly the demand for Neo CD sealed games is low, but you will not get that many factory sealed games for $15 or $20, just the very common ones, i.e. FF3, KOF 95, 98, Savage Reign etc. You need to be prepared to pay $30-$50 for many other titles.
Regarding the slugs and some other factory sealed titles don't expect to pay less than $100-$150 for them (and that's if you can find them), some others, such as Zintrick or Twinkle Star Sprites will also get close to the $80-$100 range for sure.
I checked on Yahoo Japan for some time, looking for factory sealed Neo CD games, and some games never show up and not that many titles sold for $5-$10.
