Lammest DM or SDM in SNK fighters

i think that the lammest, useless, and stupid SD or SDM in any SNK or even non SNK fighters is Kensou's Niku Man o Kuu which translates to "eat a meat bun"

it doesn't work crap and it can get you beatend in less time than kensou stops eating the damn thing

the SDM version is even worse, he actually chokes himself, just imagine that in the heat of the match

I love that move, not for it's practical value... But simply because it is funny as hell imo :-p

That move is really just intended as a joke, like Dan's super taunt in SFA.

Iori's new SDM in kof 99. Way to rehas a couple old moves.

Amakusa in SS3 - I could never connect this willfully in a serious battle.

Leona's new (heidern's old) sdm in kof 00 - at least heidern got back health for this.

Haohmaru in SS2 - why use his DM when he has an even better and more dammaging, more comboable, Tempafuuzinsan?

Ukyo in SS4 - watered down mousouzankouka? I'd rather not. God, this is why I hate SS4! They fucked over Ukyo's super. Yarusan...

yeah, I meant to write rehash, but in my old age I've lost the ability to type. I mean the one where he does the nail attack and grabs the enemy into a big uppercut move. Real boring.

And for the leona, I don't mean v-slasher, which is actually very useful in terms of surprise and comboability, but the one where Heidern would say "go to heaven"

I like the bun eating DM. The sdm you have to be careful with, but you don't necesarily have to choke - I think it's cancellable. But still a waste for a SDM.

Is it really cancellable??? I don't think so... Gotta give it a try... Though I have some use for the DM version, like when the opponent performs Choi's Tornado Ripper DM from accross the screen, etc. And btw, it's "Go to Hell" He,He... <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">

All (S)DMs are useful, in one way or another... tho Brian's American SuperNova (S)DM (qcfx2 A/C) is indeed a piece of shit, he,he... <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">

Yeah that's true, it's strong move but can't catch up your opponent easily, and it's suck as hell but his Big Bang Tackle is great

Have to disagree with some of this, really unusual supers like meat bun or Iori '99 stuff make the game better I think. Also, Leona's new super is very powerful gameplay-wise, combos/traps after qcb+k and cheeseball, also anti-air. If it actually took life it would unbalance the game. I liked the look her similar '98 super better though.

Now Ukyo SS4 super is something I can agree with. Lost speed, priority, and appearance after SS3. What was left? <IMG SRC="smilies/mad.gif" border="0">

-Ramon's "Please stand still while I spin around in place, then I come back to you and throw you once and a tiger noise comes from out of nowhere" DM.

-Seth's "lie on the ground on his back and kick you in the shins" DM. I think if someone actually tried to do that to me in a fight, I would stop fighting, point down at him, and start laughing at him.

-Seth's reversal DM. Seth, go to the store and buy yourself some frames of animation.

-Chizuru's "seal" DM. (Also known as the "that's not really going to stop me from beating the hell out of you DM.")

-Pretty much all the DMs in AOF3, other than Ryuuko Ranbu.

-Kasumi's reversal DM/SDM. On SDM, it looks and sounds just like the DM, but does more damage. Which is why it's a SDM.

-Xiangfei's 100-hit throw.

-KOF '98 Rugal's spinning drill thing. Not exactly what you'd expect from someone who used to be the meanest, scariest character in KOF.

What was even worse than this was when they tried to make this a legit super move. In KOF '97, the SDM version was supposed to be used as the beginning of his unblockable hand blast super. Ideally, you're supposed to get hit while you're eating the bun, then when it happens, you're supposed to do some HCF motion or something to counter into the move. Otherwise, if you didn't get hit, you'd choke and lose energy.

Ideally, a VERY stupid super move in which NOBODY would do. hence why they made it a silly energy gaining move ever since.

Ummm...The lamest SDM I`ve ever saw was Andy`s Dan-Da-Dan in RBFF2.It is extremely stupid and damn easy to counter has no priority and no invulnerability!Well I think
that even Kensou`s Bun eating SDM is more useful since it regains Life!!!

Mature's qcfx2 P DM in 98. If you combo into it it's decent(there's alot of better combo options though) and the DM itself takes away nothing for energy, it's priority is terrible also.
