I’ve been playing neo-geo games for quite some time, mostly through arcades and ports on home consoles. A very good friend of mine is an absolute neo-geo fanatic who owns numerous MVS and home carts, although he seems to have recently become indifferent toward the neo scene. Needless to say, I was bested by him in various iterations of KOF and various other neo fighters in the past. I am hardly a good player, not by any stretch of the imagination, but I still humor gaming contests with superior players when they are around just to be kind. My absolute favorite neo-geo games are Money Idol Exchanger and all iterations of Metal Slug.

I am mostly a Nintendo devotee, so do not be surprised if I come across as a bit slanted when I speak of the console wars. I am also a huge fan of Michael Jackson and personally think him to be the greatest entertainer of our time.

I will end this by saying that I am honored to be a part of this community and look forward to discussing many things with all of you.

hi everyone, im a 26 year old neo geo fan! ever since i was a young lil kiddo i wanted one but prices were too high . . . now im doing great and im starting what i always wanted, a neo geo collection, starting small, getting my feet wet. . . i just bought a neo geo pocket (small literaly) and have a nice lil amount of games, although now im possibly gonna have to look for the packaging as well as the booklets i think . . anyways, i hope this forum is still alive, i wish i woulda been around sooner, but without a neo geo . . it would have been torture! lol. .. .
