Just wondering if anyone has been in touch with him lately? I sent payment for some shockboxes nearly a month ago now, and still have yet to receive anything. I hate to call him out, but he hasn't even logged in since the 22nd...

He could possibly just be having some personal issues, but it is hard to get him to respond to anything at all.

Thanks in advance to anyone with some information.

I'll just say I had a problem with him in the past in 2004. Another member and I were just talking about him not to long ago.

Do you mean the selling thread where I got the shockboxes?

If so, yes, the thread no longer exists.

Our deal was done completely by PMs though, so that shouldn't be an issue.

I paypaled him back his money. I wouldn't have a positive 11 if I scammed ppl here on the forums or a 98% ebay feedback as tetsuo311 before I closed my account due to a hacker. Circa I'm not running behind you cleaning up every post you make about me. Tell ppl the truth you got your money back if your mad about the shock boxes sean has some for sale at $8.50 plus shipping.

I realize I got my money back (still pending, not definite) but that is beyond the point. I payed you on DECEMBER 5th for the shockboxes. After the 22nd or so, you disappeared and I never heard anything. I didn't get a response out of you until I filed a paypal claim. I personally feel that its ridiculous and shouldn't have to come to that to get a damn response out of you.

Honestly, I couldn't have been more patient. I gave you over a month before making a claim, so I'm not in the wrong in any way.

Regardless of whether or not I got my money back, your still a shitty seller. Waiting a month and a half without shipping the item and very little communication is a very irresponsible thing to do to a buyer. I would never recommend you to anyone, in fact, your potential customers will probably be run away by not only my comments, but those of several others who have had negative experiences with you. I am by no means the only person who has had an issue with you.

The part of my signature that scammer will be removed, but the terrible seller comments are there to stay since they couldn't be anymore true.

Buyer beware...

Feedback is used to share "experiences" with each seller/buyer good and bad to keep record of them for future transactions. Even though you fixed the problem you need to realize that having your money in limbo is not pleasant at all especially when you are a person who lives paycheck to paycheck and is trying to budget to have a new hobby.

I am not trying to start anything as I have no beef with you but the one thing I did notice was that you never publicly apologizes to him, you just say "I sent you your money" then got pissy and said "I sent your mom back her many" where you really came off as an asshole to me as if he did you wrong which was not the case.

I'm actually glad I didn't buy the shocks from you because I did ask about them in the past.

Just apologize to him and then bury the hachet guys.

Thanks, that is exactly the way I feel. Obviously I'm not happy about the whole thing, but you really could have saved yourself some potential customers if you had handled this better. If you had come forward to me a while back and just admitted how wrong you were and tried to mend the situation without being rude about, I wouldn't have much of a problem with you.

Whatever, this is all over, I'm not happy with the deal (who would be?) and you aren't worth any more of my time (or any one else's). End of story.

I admitted that I was wrong and apologized in pm's and paypal and I also was willing to make it up to you. You attacked me on the forums saying that I was a thief! Sorry but that's something you have to apologize for also.

Yes you did, a few days before issuing a refund. It was after that fact that you became rude.

I have every right to post about my horrendous experience with you here and I have zero reason to apologize. This feedback forum is here for a reason. Honestly, if you were given the run-around for as long as I was, wouldn't you suspect the other guy to be a thief? It was a logical conclusion. Zero communication+no product received=ample reason for suspicion.

If you don't want to be labeled, don't give me a reason.

I'd have to agree with Circa on this one. Look, you leave the guy hanging without even so much as a "Hey, I'm going to be gone for a bit". I understand we all have things to do in the real world, but get things squared away when you have a deal pending. Circa did what he had to, he called you out. It's not an unprovoked attack. You screwed up plain and simple. So don't get pissed at Circa for taking the only action he could when you weren't even around to do jack squat. I doubt Circa even wanted things to go this far, but after weeks of nothing from you, this was the only recourse he had.

Agreed with most of the people in this thread.

Dan is a terrible seller/member. I also received a refund ONLY AFTER filing a claim with paypal. He did not contact me once for weeks after the auction in question ended:

I won the item fair & square yet he would give NO reason as to why it wasn't shipped out. To this day, he has not informed me of what happened to the unit. I know for a fact that is wasn't shipped out/lost in transit.

Must have felt that the item didn't "reach" the price he was hoping for. That's why you should have put a RESERVE on the system if you were worried about it's ending value.

Same here. Having learned the bad experience from others, I am glad that I didn't buy any shockboxes from Tetsuo311. I've asked for them in his selling thread and even bid on his auction.

I also had a problem with Tetsuo years ago when I purchased a modified Neo from him. He eventually came through, but he sat on roughly $600 for over a month before I got that Neo. Got a bunch of excuses about how his sister was supposed to send it for him but didn't. It was only after filing a complaint with PayPal that I got anywhere with him.

The item was nice, but the transaction was a bitch.

Well.. Heres how my transaction with Tetsuo311 has gone. I paid him last Sat.. He said he would Pm me the tracking number on Monday. Monday came and went.. On Wenesday i got a Pm from him saying he would send me the tracking number tonight. Well i didnt get it.. I PMed them that night and nothing. Noticed he was'nt online since Wenesday 2:30PM.. So ok i'll prob get it the next day. Nothing on Thursday. He still was'nt online since. So i just noticed he was online today around 2:30 again.. Though he didnt bother to reply to me about the tracking. So i just messaged him again. Damn near a week later on no news on shipping. No tracking by the end of the night i'm getting ahold of paypal.
